Other entities based, or operating, in Australia may report voluntarily. This Act requires entities based, or operating, in Australia, which have an annual consolidated revenue of more than $100 million, to report annually on the risks of modern slavery in their operations and supply chains, and actions to address those risks. Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this Act. (2) Any information in column 3 of the table is not part of this Act.
